You can now appreciate how it was a little difficult to "chill" in such surroundings. In fact my mind was in overdrive for most of the time just thinking of all the steps required .........which step to take first.............who is going to take those steps for us...
However having said all that we had a great time, eating al fresco....

Stopping to admire the flowers....
Oh to be in France again.

Well I think it is quite exciting to live in a different way for a while.
It is certainly better than camping!
I can remember some horrific holidays from my youth with no mod cons at all. Its a wonder we lived to tell the tale & didn't go down with some deadly disease (because of the open toilets & all the flies.)
The cottage has real potential and I would be wanting to get back to it too.
Maggie it was actually a LOT better than camping, I was surprised how comfortable it was!! LOL Obviously easily pleased.
How exciting for you SITH. I would do it in an instant - and throw myself into it as well.
Well your kitchen is looking better than mine in France.
Billy is going over for two weeks by himself to install a new one woop woop .
